The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and transportation options. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms, even the smaller ones, are well kept, clean, and very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, perfect for enjoying the sunshine while waiting for friends or colleagues to arrive.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk-in shower was a luxurious touch. I also enjoyed the fine views from the rooftop bar, especially during sunset. the hotel had a convenient luggage holding area, allowing me to explore the city before my cruise. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and really good service.

We had an amazing stay at Serhs Rivoli Rambla. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. They even gave me free coffee one morning when the cafe was still closed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the location was perfect for shopping and visiting tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to get here from the airport and very close to Catalunya square. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff was always ready to help and their service was perfect. The breakfast choice was great, and the tea/coffee making facility in my room was a nice touch.

Got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite with fine city views on arrival. Really enjoyed my stay, especially the jacuzzi bath and large shower. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

This venue has the perfect location for tourists in the heart of the main street market, steps away from all the fun. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed like the mini-bar and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful making the experience even better. The breakfast selection was amazing, and they even had fresh strawberries in December!

Excellent central location, perfect for exploring the city and convenient for shopping. Polite and helpful staff who provided secure bag drop for early check-in. Adequate security measures in place for peace of mind.

Poor soundproofing in the rooms resulted in excessive noise from the street below, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Various room issues such as non-functional power sockets, malfunctioning television, and inadequate bathroom lighting.

It was easy to explore all the major tourist spots and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered a 24-hour check-in service, convenient for our late arrival.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the Wi-Fi reception in our room was very poor, making it difficult to stay connected.
